Cookie Policy

What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser when you visit it. The next time you open a page, your browser sends the cookie back, so the site can remember things - for example, what is in your shopping cart or that you are signed in. Without cookies, a website would treat every page you open as if you had just arrived.
Websites can also use similar technologies built into your browser, called local storage and session storage. They work like cookies but stay in your browser and are not sent with every request. Session storage is cleared when you close the browser tab; local storage stays until you clear it. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of these.
Cookies set by Nawalanka Furniture itself are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by another company whose service we use on our site - such as a payment provider - are called third-party cookies.
How we use cookies
We use cookies to make the shop work, to remember your choices, and - only if you agree - to understand how the shop is used so we can improve it. We do not use cookies to show you advertising, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.
The cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Always on - the shop cannot work without these.

Your choices
When you first visit, a banner explains our use of cookies. Strictly necessary and preference cookies are always used, because the shop needs them to work. Analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept all cookies. If you simply carry on browsing without accepting, no analytics cookies are set.
To change your mind, delete the cookies for this site in your browser settings. The banner will appear again on your next visit, and no analytics cookies will be set until you accept again.
You can also block or delete cookies for any website in your browser settings - look for "Cookies" or "Site data" in Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the shop such as your cart, sign-in and checkout will not work.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we change the cookies we use or when the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
